World War I (1914/1918)

The start of World War I marked the end of an age; initially it should have lasted just a few months, but in the end five years of terrible battles and millions of dead people changed Europe forever. From the arrival of the German army in Belgium to the Adamello battle, Gabriele D'Annunzio's flight over Vienna, from the victory bulletin (read by General Diaz) to the Treaty of Versailles in 1919: Studio Moro offers a complete picture of the war, in particular regarding the Italian army. All these events are collected, selected and kept in our Historical Films Archive.
